How long will my order from Barry Brothers Electric take?

After you place your order and payment is received, we begin processing your order. Most orders ship within 24 hrs.

Specialty items may take a few days to prepare prior to shipment.

Your order ships via the carrier you selected during the checkout process.

Charge Cards & PayPal

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, E-Check or AMEX through the secure server at PayPal. When you checkout, click on the PAYPAL-CHARGE CARD icon. You will be taken to the secure server at PayPal where you can use most charge cards to pay us. When we are notified that your payment has been received, your order will be prepared for shipment. In-Stock items usually ship within 24 hours. Custom orders may take 7-10 days to prepare and ship.

Money Order & Check Payments

If you feel uncomfortable placing an order over the internet, give us a call.

We'll be happy to calculate your total payment including shipping charges. You can then mail us your money order or check. When you pay with a check or money order, we hold your order until payment is received. After your money order or check is received and the funds have cleared our bank, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Note: we only accept cash with in-store pickup. Do not send cash through the mail

Where do you ship to?

We only ship to addresses within the United States.  Orders from outside the United States will be cancelled.

Certain items may have "free shipping", in these cases the free shipping is restricted to the lower 48 States (the Contiguous US).

About Shipping charges

Shipping charges are based on actual item weight + weight of the container and packing materials. Sometimes a small handling fee is charged to cover special wrapping & packing procedures.

To see your shipping charges it is necessary to enter your address and zip code.

We only ship to the USA. Orders from other countries will be cancelled.

When you check out, you will see the total shipping costs. Select the shipping method that best suits your needs. Store pickup is available.

Orders over $250 require the signature of an adult(18+) when the package is delivered.

Barry Brothers Electric Return Policies

These are Barry Brothers Electric Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Barry Brothers Electric store and the www.barrybrotherselectric.com website.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Barry Brothers Electric Customer Service through any of the methods provided at www.barrybrotherselectric.com/contact

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products that are not eligible for return  will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

Any product not purchased from Barry Brothers Electric

Any product without a valid, readable serial number (this only applies to products with serial numbers).
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

Any product that exhibits physical damage.
